Nairn Community Park, reimagined and reconnected.

This community and neighborhood park, were abruptly divided in the 60’s to make way for Interstate 10. What once was a lively area with sports facilities and access to a waterway, was split in two, with the only connector being an unsafe and non-pedestrian friendly bridge. Every member of the community deserves equal and ease of access to their neighborhood park. It allows the chance for creating new and fostering old connections.
